5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Evaluating products and services before making a purchase.
• Verifying prices, offers, and promotions directly with the Brand where necessary.
• Keeping your account information up to date.

6. Messaging

If you contact a Brand through the Platform, you agree to communicate respectfully and lawfully.

You must not:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or Brands.
• Share illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

7. Reviews and Ratings

If the Platform allows reviews or ratings, you agree that your feedback will:

• Be honest and based on your genuine experience.
• Not contain false, defamatory, abusive, or misleading information.
• Not be used to threaten or extort a Brand.

The Platform may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

8. Saved Content

The Platform may allow you to save advertisements, collections, or follow Brands. Saved content may be removed if the Brand deletes it or if it violates Platform policies.

9. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in that policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including logos, trademarks, software, designs, and features, belongs to the Platform or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any Platform content without prior written permission.

11. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Create fake accounts.
• Submit false reports or complaints.
• Manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Attempt to deceive Brands or other users.

12. Platform Administration

• Customer support.
• Disputes between users and Brands.

14. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the Platform, uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform does not guarantee:

• The accuracy of Brand advertisements.
• Product availability.
• Business performance.
• User satisfaction.
• Continuous Platform availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.
• Your interactions with Brands.
• Purchases or transactions with Brands.
• Errors, interruptions, or technical issues.

16. Suspension and Termination

The Platform may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
• Misuse Platform features.
• Pose a security risk to the Platform or other users.

17. Changes to These Terms

The Platform may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
