Terms of Service

1. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Posting fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information.
  • Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform infrastructure.
  • Scraping, crawling, or extracting data without authorization.
  • Using the service for unauthorized advertising or spam communications.

3. Business Accounts & Profiles

Businesses and brands creating profiles on Lyket represent and warrant that they have the authority to establish the account and represent the business entity. Business users are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of their business location, description, and contact info.
  • All content, images, and catalogs uploaded under their business profile.
  • Ensuring that their promotions and offers comply with all local laws and marketing regulations.

4. User & Brand Content

Our platform allows businesses and users to post updates, campaigns, comments, and media. Lyket does not claim ownership of the content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant Lyket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for platform operations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Lyket reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

5. Advertising

Advertisers on Lyket must ensure that all campaign content, landing page destinations, and promotional offers are accurate, ethical, and comply with platform policies. Lyket reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate any advertisement campaign that violates our quality standards.

6. Intellectual Property

The Lyket platform, including its original logos, designs, layouts, systems, and codebase, is the property of Lyket and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in India and internationally. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Lyket platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to the platform.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE LYKET PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LYKET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LYKET, ITS FOUNDERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
